[jira] [Updated] (CLIMATE-378) Setup proper build/dependency management for UI

Michael Joyce updated CLIMATE-378:
----------------------------------

Description: This is an umbrella issue for a number of improvements that would be great to see on the UI's frontend. Currently we have no build in place, so we have no JS/CSS minification. We don't have a convenient way of managing dependencies and we have a large number of libraries just checked into our repository. We should consider using Grunt + Bower or some other helpful tools to improve on this. Adding "low dash" to this list of helpful things would be a nice improvement as well!
