Strange IIS/JK/Tomcat INFO messages

We have been verifying a webapp against Tomcat 4.1.24 with the JK ISAPI
redirector plugin. 
 
While the requests are processed normally, for every request made through
IIS/JK/Tomcat we get the following message in the log.
 
   Apr 8, 2003 4:18:12 PM org.apache.jk.common.ChannelSocket
processConnection
   INFO: server has been restarted or reset this connection
 
Also we get many of these messages:
 
   Apr 8, 2003 4:18:33 PM org.apache.jk.common.ChannelSocket
processConnection
   INFO: connection timeout reached
 
Are these messages indicating 'abnormal' situations? Should they be INFO or
just DEBUG messages? Our logs get filled with these messages.
