Step 1) Created two (nested) roles: Level 1 and Level 1.1.
Step 2) Created a new notification. (before-save screenshot) Level 1.1 it's choosen. 
Step 3) Save button has been pressed. 
Step 4) Editing just created notification shows "Level 1" instead of "Level 1.1" initially choosen (after-save screenshot)
