PigUnit dropping a lot of temp files?

it's leaving behind a lot of temp files in /tmp/ dir

https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/PIG-1391   supposedly should have
fixed it.

but the pigunit-0.8.0.jar does not contain the MiniCluster class, so I
can't call MiniCluster.shutdown()

how could I get the MiniCluster class?
