[ANNOUNCE] Apache ManifoldCF 1.2 has been released!

This release contains a number of significant improvements, including
better support for full-model crawling (MODEL_ADD_CHANGE_DELETE), and a new
"minimal crawl" capability.  It also includes a new DropBox connector.

The ManifoldCF site has also been updated; the new download link should
appear shortly.
