Yet another "Me Too".

I use outline view in MSO as my primary form of entry for any level of
documentation.  Only after most of the document is entered via outline mode do
I switch to normal/print mode to apply formatting.

For me (and apparently many others), it is a gaping hole of functionality when
considering switching completely to OO.  Move this up in the priority list,
please@!
