Unfortunately not. If I add pycodestyle to the requirements file pip is able to fetch/install it from the +private+ registry. Unfortunately this is not fixing the issue as the setup instruction still tries to fetch pycodestyle from the public registry as it doesn't take the specified index url into account.

The more I'm reading about that the more confused I get ;) If I got it right it's not really the recommended way how the dependencies are currently handled in the setup instructions.

Do you have other ideas how to solve/mitigate this issue?
