Driver class

Hi Mark,

I had a question on the Driver class which you
modified. Is there any particular reason why

"addPropertyList" call in the setupDefaultMappings()
method was taken out.

I changed this.
Why? It doesn't really make sense to have the element mappings and property
list mappings separate. The property lists are now added with the elements.
This removes code that achieves nothing. Makes it simpler and more logical.
