http://central.maven.org/maven2/org/apache/cxf/cxf-rt-transports-common/2.5.5/cxf-rt-transports-common-2.5.5.pom is malformed

Hello Dan!

It's probably not your issue, but you may know who can fix this.
Today I tried to build Camel 2.9.4-SNAPSHOT and it failed in the camel-cxf
component because
org.apache.cxf/cxf-rt-transports-common/2.5.5/cxf-rt-transports-common-2.5.5.pom
is empty [1].

Looking at the parent directory:
cxf-rt-transports-common-2.5.5.pom 14-Aug-2012 21:05 2314
