Unlike pretty much every other bug tracking system on the planet, the "Attach Screenshot" page on the issues.apache.org site has no "Browse for file" capability.

It says to "Copy the screen shot to the system clipboard and then click the Paste button below." which doesn't work.  Tried that, nothing happens.

I *have* a screenshot I want to attach to an issue.  It's a _file_ (.png), and there seems to way to actually use it.

Where the heck is the standard "browse" function like every other bug tracking system uses?

Usability here seems to be about 0/10.

If you have issues with how Jira works, please address them to Atlassian, the company that wrote Jira.

Since you are trying to attach a file rather than capture a screenshot, use the "attach file" option under "More Actions"
