[jira] Closed: (TAP5-656) Mark required fields in BeanEditForm with an asterisk

Howard M. Lewis Ship closed TAP5-656.
-------------------------------------

    Resolution: Won't Fix

This might have been a good idea at the very beginning (maybe), but the horse is out of the barn. People who have already addressed this in their apps won't wont to go update every single form in their applications!

This can be accomplished by replacing the default ValidationDecorator. See the documentation for the MarkupRenderer and PartialMarkupRenderer services.

> In every online form fields are marked wih an asterisk to signalize that they are requiered.
> It would be nice when the BeanEditForm uses the validation constraints to mark these fields.
