Project website face-lift / HttpClient 5.x migration guide

Folks

Our project website has received a much needed face-lift and finally
looks quite decent [1] thanks to Michael Osipov's and Hervé BOUTEMY's
efforts.

I have also brushed up the content of the site and migrated it from APT
to Markdown.

Overall, as far as I can say, the process of the website maintenance is
now fairly tolerable for me as a release manager and straight-forward
enough for external contributors.

Now I would be quite happy to move the HttpClient 5.0 migration guide I
have been maintaining out side of the project [2] into the
HttpComponents website source tree.

If anyone has objections to this idea please let me know
