[users@httpd] FrontPage Apche Downgrade Causes Error

I've just installed the FrontPage 2002 (5.0) server extentions on my system 
and it told me I need to down grade to verison (I think to 1.3.7) which I 
did but now I am getting the following error message when trying to start 
Apache:

Starting httpd: fopen: No such file or directory
httpd: could not open document config file /usr/local/apache/conf/httpd.conf
[FAILED]

Any ideas?
