Hi All,

We are starting the process for Omid 1.0.0 release. The list of resolved
JIRAs in this release can be found in:
https://issues.apache.org/jira/projects/OMID/versions/12344347

The main goal of this release is to support the integration with Apache
Phoenix.

This release contains all the features required by Apache Phoenix in order
to use Omid as its transaction processor, as well as a low latency feature
that distributes the writes to the commit table. The low latency feature is
disabled by default.

If you have any JIRA in progress and would like to include it in this
release, please follow the process to do so.
