   It's been around for a while and I decide to use my K-6 level art ability and put it to an end. Letting important doc diagram out of sync with codebase logic for more than 6 months is certainly a bad idea.
   
   So... where should I place "**skipped**" and "**deferred**" states agains this diagram? Any other changes required in the diagram? Someone familiar with current workflow should acknowledge that.
