RFI for 0.26: QPID-5343 - Unable to use Durable Subscriptions with the Java Broker and 0-10

Hi Justin,

per the e-mail thread in the user list, we have a user who has discovered a
bug in the Java Broker which prevents the use of durable subscriptions from
the JMS client with the Java Broker when using the AMQP 0-10 protocol.

A fix has been applied to trunk, and Robbie has reviewed it.

Given there is no workaround due to bugs in the JMS addressing code, I
would really like to get this one into 0.26
