[jira] [Created] (NPANDAY-554) POM generator should not fail if a
reference can not be resolved
POM generator should not fail if a reference can not be resolved
----------------------------------------------------------------
Key: NPANDAY-554
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/NPANDAY-554
Project: NPanday
Issue Type: Improvement
Components: Project Importer
Reporter: Brett Porter
Assignee: Brett Porter
Fix For: 1.5.0-incubating
Currently if a reference has a yellow triangle, MSBuild will just ignore it and proceed if it wasn't needed, while NPanday will fail. It is good to produce an error because there is great potential for confusion in ignoring an error in the project, but the POM should still be generated so that the user can resolve the dependency conflict by hand (or regenerate as needed).
