   Hello @frankpunx, v0.10.0 is quite old and it could be possible that the cub-project did a hard push on their repository, invalidating all commit hashes and thus making this dependency unresolvable. 
   
   I would recommend you to upgrade to the latest MXNet version, currently 1.1.0. Would you mind elaborating why you would like to use v0.10.0?
