[Bug 54020] New: GUI doesn't remember preferred language

https://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=54020

          Priority: P2
            Bug ID: 54020
          Assignee: issues@jmeter.apache.org
           Summary: GUI doesn't remember preferred language
          Severity: minor
    Classification: Unclassified
          Reporter: andreas.beer@gmail.com
          Hardware: PC
            Status: NEW
           Version: 2.8
         Component: Main
           Product: JMeter

Every time I run JMeter I have to switch back to english, it is always set to
german. I don't know why, my Windows 7 is in english, my windows location is
set to united states, only my number formats are set to german, which shouldn't
apply here.

@Andras,
I suppose for your issue you need to :
1/ set in jmeter.properties:
language=en
2/ Add System properties:
-Duser.language=en -Duser.country=EN
