[jira] [Created] (AMBARI-6538) Config Group rename makes it look
like the default group name is also being changed
Oleg Nechiporenko created AMBARI-6538:
-----------------------------------------
Summary: Config Group rename makes it look like the default group name is also being changed
Key: AMBARI-6538
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AMBARI-6538
Project: Ambari
Issue Type: Bug
Components: client
Affects Versions: 1.7.0
Reporter: Oleg Nechiporenko
Assignee: Oleg Nechiporenko
Fix For: 1.7.0
STR:
1. Go to Service Config page
2. Click on "Override" for any config parameter
3. When prompted, create a new Config Group
4. When prompted, click on Manage Hosts.
5. Add a host to the newly created group
6. Define an override for a property
7. Hit Save
8. Click on Manage Groups
9. Try to rename the group. The first click on the OK button does nothing (JS error behind the scenes). The second click on the OK button renames the default group on screen.
