1.3b3 Release maybe??

The STATUS reports have been suggesting a 1.3b3 release for this
Friday... I'd like for the pchild|pconf stuff to be in that if
it's voted on. I think something like that would be a very
good addition to the main beta test. There are also a few
other patches that could be folded in...

Sooooo Any heartburn or comments on maybe shooting for a Friday
beta release?

I think I've cracked the 16k problem. I've got a version out on test now
(I hope). So, assuming it works, Friday sounds good to me.
