### Steps to reproduce
echarts-gl.min.js无论是否dispos,都只能创建15个图，继续绘制第16个图会导致页面中其他WebGL奔溃
echarts-gl.min.js:1 WARNING: Too many active WebGL contexts. Oldest context will be lost.

active WebGL在dispos时自动清理
