[jira] [Created] (INFRA-11684) Please create a git repo for storing the website of the Omid Incubator project

Francisco Perez-Sorrosal created INFRA-11684:
------------------------------------------------

Summary: Please create a git repo for storing the website of the Omid Incubator project
                 Key: INFRA-11684
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-11684
             Project: Infrastructure
          Issue Type: Task
          Components: Website
            Reporter: Francisco Perez-Sorrosal

The Omid team (http://incubator.apache.org/projects/omid.html) would like to use a git repo to store the website for Omid (e.g. https://git-wip-us.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator-omid-site.git) in order to be pulled from the gitwcsub client and make it accessible through the assigned URL to the Omid website (http://omid.incubator.apache.org/)

Projects like Kafka or Joshua are using similar approach:
1) Kafka: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-10143
2) Joshua: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-11295

Please, let us know if we can follow this approach or if there's a better way of publishing the Omid website. Thanks!
