+1 for 10.0.0
-1 for .Final
I don't like "Final". It looks too dramatic. "The final version before the end of everything".

I don't like how ".Final" changes semantic versioning (https://semver.org). It also does not fit with the rest of the ASF community on a search through search.maven.org.
