Schema namespace URI changes

In case any of you decide to check code out of cvs and build a new
parser...

Subject:  Schema namespace URI changes


Just wanted to let people know that I've just checked code into CVS to have
the parser recognize the Schema and Schema-instance namespace URIs as
defined in the PR and Rec.   (i.e.  http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema    and
http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance).

If you check code out of CVS and build a new parser, you will need to
change your schemas and instance docs to comply.
See the samples:  personal-schema.xml and personal.xsd which have been
upgraded.
