Fixes https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OFBIZ-3934 - OFBIZ-3934 " paymentMethodTypeId: Found this error when changing the records to show in the paginated list."

It was missing a paginate-target, hence the default target was used and, as it's updatePaymentMethodType, a security issue was raised when changes have occurred before the pagination. There are maybe other cases like this that will pop up from time to time...
