The `RemoteLogManager` has become overly monolithic and complex. We should refactor it by extracting nested classes and introducing helper methods and lambdas to improve maintainability.


1. Extract `RemoteLogRetentionHandler` into s separate top-level class and enhance its test coverage

2. Extract `CancellableRunnable`, `RLMTask`, and `RLMFollowerTask` into separate classes, and also improve their test coverage

3. refactor RLMExpirationTask

4. refactor RLMCopyTask
