[jira] Commented: (CAY-1347) CM Queries do not validate the General/Qualifier value

Michael,

I can't reproduce the problem (RC2). If the qualifier cannot be parsed (e.g.db: = "VALUE "), it is marked with red and will not set, so map will save with no qualifier. Can you share the steps to reproduce the issue?

> Cayenne Modeler does not validate a named query. If under the General tab for the query, one enters as the Qualifier:
> db: = "VALUE "
> The resulting data map will save, but will fail to load back in without hand-editing the XML to remove the query.
