[jira] [Commented] (INFRA-8884) bloodhound-vm missing read-only mount of svn repository

    [ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-8884?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=14947803#comment-14947803 ]

Gary Martin commented on INFRA-8884:
------------------------------------

It seems I missed the updates after my last message somehow. I should really have checked here rather than relying on watching my emails!

I also did not notice the message "Can't synchronize with repository "(default)" (/x1/svn/asf/bloodhound does not appear to be a Subversion repository.). Look in the Trac log for more information." disappearing at any point from the bloodhound pages.

[~ipv6guru] my comment about looking forward to the return of the repo browser was referring to the lost functionality that restoring the nfs mount was expected to fix.

> issues.apache.org/bloodhound has until fairly recently had the ability to access a read-only mirror of the asf repositories through an NFS mount.
> I had put this down to be a side effect of the fairly recent problems with subversion but it does not appear to have rectified itself. Would it be possible to restore this?
