Scarab for Torque source (TRQS) is not working correctly

Hi,

in the last days, I have seen two issues entered at scarab, having the
numbers TRQS1 and TRQS2. However, these numbers are already occupied by
other (old) issues, making it impossible for me to retrieve the newly
inserted issues (I get the old issues instead).

I have just entered a new issue to check this behaviour (TRQS4) and can
reproduce it.

I do not know if Torque documentation has the same issue.

The error has probably occured first after movings scarab from
nagoya.apache.org to issues.apache.org. It looks to me as if a sequence (or
something similar) in the database was reset during migration.

Can you please have a look into this ?

   Thanks a lot,

      Thomas

Of course we _could_ use this problem (just as Scarab has some other
shortcomings, too) to finally move the Torque Bugtracker over to JIRA.

Is there any way to port old Scarab bug reports into JIRA?

Please see if you can get John to take a look at the problem. I don't know
anything about Scarab. I just copied over the web app and database, and
asked that the installation be reviewed before migration, which it was.
