[PATCH] a fair amount of IPv6 support in Apache

(but broken :))

See patch at

http://www.apache.org/~trawick/ipv6_patch_1

This is still a rough draft. I'm surprised vhost works at all. It
needs to be tested a lot.

Any comments are appreciated. Fixes are even more appreciated :)

FYI...

At http://www.apache.org/~trawick/ I keep a relatively up-to-date
patch (ipv6_patch_X, where X increases with newer patches) as well as
a file with current status and outstanding issues (ipv6.notes).
