I think I missed something with whimsy

I earlier cloned the github.com/whimsy repository but it hasn't changed in weeks.

I looked at the https://github.com/apache/whimsy README but it didn't help.

Is there a step by step for me to follow to get into this?

Resolved offline.  The secmail branch hasn't been updated in a while.
Current work is going directly into master.
