fixing line endings

how do people feel about slipping NIFI-1054 in right before the release of
0.4.0? It is just code/whitespace cleanup, but will make merging code a bit
more challenging once applied, and a release seems like a reasonable
"checkpoint"

things and this time is as good as it gets.

Thanks
