Difficulty downloading the windows binaries...

All,

 

I am trying to download the .zip from
http://subversion.tigris.org/files/documents/15/32473/svn-win32-1.3.2.zi
p , and the request appears to be making progress, and then times out.

 

Please advise if I am making a silly mistake, or if you are able to fix
the problem.

I believe you have to have cookies enabled to do this download.
