prepare for onslaught

Just got word from a Sourceforge admin that later this week, they're
announcing Subversion support for *all* projects. The svn-beta-test
period is over.

Expect a whole lot of volume on the users@ list, channel #svn, etc.

Nice! And this is not all. It seems as the Gnome project has decided to
convert all their CVS modules into SVN repositories. According to the
plan the CVS repository goes read-only at 2006-03-18 23:59Z and the
migration to SVN begins.
