I think it worked in 1.1b2 since the KeepAlive didn't work for a virtual web
servers.  With 1.1b3 this was fixed, and thus the problem appeared, as the
site in question is a virtual web site.

I've turned off KeepAlive and it seems to help... hopefully there is a better
fix than that (like kill MS Windoze...)
