   ## Description
   `mxnet.ndarray.op.MakeLoss` and `mxnet.ndarray.MakeLoss` aborts with segmentation fault with empty input
   
   ### Error Message

   Segmentation fault: 11
   
   terminate called without an active exception
   Aborted (core dumped)

   ## To Reproduce
   ~~~python
   import numpy as np
   import mxnet
   mxnet.ndarray.op.MakeLoss(data=mxnet.nd.array(np.ones((0, 1, 1, 0, 1))))
   ~~~
   
   
   ## Environment
   
   OS: ubuntu 18.04
   Python: 3.7.6
   pip: 20.0.2
   numpy: 1.18.5
   mxnet: 1.5.0
