   Server Snapshots is already a necessary part of the Self-Service plan. See https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/TC/Traffic+Control++Self+Service+Proposal+for+Change+Integrity#TrafficControlSelfServiceProposalforChangeIntegrity-ServerChangesIndependentofDeliveryServices
   
   That's one of the powerful things about using Timestamps to solve the SS config deployment problem: it makes things like Cache-Control, 304, and diffs (HTTP Delta / JSON Patch) incredibly easy.
