concurrent.jar

a)       Does anybody knows the license terms of the code for
concurrent.jar ?

b)       Are there any plans to release JCS without using concurrent.jar
by Doug Lea and use JDK 5 classes?

a) Concurrent appears to be public domain. Here is more reading
