In .NET tests task should always be disposed successfully regardless of test outcome. Several existing tests throw {{NotImplementedException}} which should be removed:

* {{TestFailedEvaluatorEventHandler}}
* {{TestUnhandledTaskException}}
* {{TestResubmitEvaluator}}
