Microsoft Word, Jackrabbit, for Remotely Editing, HTTP/1.1 401 Unauthorized Problem

Hi all,

when i use microsoft word 2010 or other microsoft office application for
online editing documents hosted in jackrabbit 2.4.1,
msword can't open document.

why does that happen? and how can i solve that?
