Built, verified that CHANGES.txt, DISCLAIMER.txt, LICENSE.txt, NOTICE.txt, README exist.
Minor nit, .idea directory is part of the source tar. However, this is not a blocker for the release.
Do we need to package docs as part of the binary tar?
