i don't see any test-cases for this new feature.... IMO this is crucial and a mandatory part of any changes. i already created an JIRA issue for the missing test-coverage for existing functionality but that doesn't mean that I am the responsible dev to write tests for new stuff you add.

therefore reopening issue.
