--- Comment #1 from Rainer Bielefeld <ra...@bielefeldundbuss.de> ---
NOT reproducible with "AOO 4.1.0 RC3 – English UI / German locale
[AOO410m17(Build:9763) - Rev. 1586584 2014-04-11 08:56:50]" on German WIN7
Home Premium (64bit)", “historic” 4. User Profile used for all predecessor
versions

My test:
1. open attached sample.odt
2. Save as sample.doc (MSO97)
3. Close
4. Reopen
As expected both relief font effects till visible :-)

Additional Info
-----------------
(a) but MS WORD viewer shows shadows instead of relief
(b) Kingsoft Writer shows shadows instead of relief (although "Relief" is
    checked in Font Effects there)
(c) Result saving from Kingsoft Writer with (new) relief effect
seems better, opened in MS WORD Viewer relief effect will be shown

@ liuping
Information here is very incomplete, my questions:
(m) Tested with what OS?
(n) New bug or also in older versions?
(o) What .doc version? MSO97? WORD 6?
(p) How has been checked that it is a save-export and not a open-import bug

Closing issue due to reporter's inactivity.

I will do some more tests concerning the viewing problems in MS WORD viewer and
submit separate bugs, soon

@reporter:
Please feel free to reopen this Bug if you find out that the problem still
exists in the latest public release of AOO and if you can provide requested
additional information. We need a test kit (Attachment here in the Bug report)
and a detailed step by step instruction how to reproduce your problem, for
details please see <http://wiki.openoffice.org/wiki/QA/HowToFileIssue>!
