[ANNOUNCE] Apache Flink Kubernetes Operator 1.14.0 released

The Apache Flink community is very happy to announce the release of Apache
Flink Kubernetes Operator 1.14.0.

This release adds support for Blue/Green deployments, along with fixes and
other improvements.
