CIMI: can't delete a Machine

Hi:

The "delete" operation returned by DC for a machine has an incorrect "rel" attribute

Instead of: 
	<operation rel="http://schemas.dmtf.org/cimi/1/action/destroy" href="http://localhost:3001/cimi/machines/inst0" />

a CIMI client expects
	<operation rel="delete" href="http://localhost:3001/cimi/machines/inst0" />
