   I would upgrade to 2.13.11 and 2.12.18 before cutting the release. These Scala 2.1x.xx versions are coordinated together with Scala 3.3.0 and should be released this week. These versions make sure everything works smoothly between these three versions e.g. the tasty thing gets adjusted, etc.
   Also it seems sbt 1.9.0 is on hold until 2.12.18 is here, which will then be used as sbt's internal default Scala version.
