[RESULT][VOTE] Apache PLC4X 0.6.0 RC3

the vote closes and it passes with
3 binding +1 Votes and 3 non-binding +1 Votes
And no further votes.

Big thanks to everybody to helped with the release (especially Chris, Justin and Dominik for the quick fixes) and also big thanks to all comitters who participated in the vote: Lukas, Niklas and Dominik!

I will proceed with the final steps and prepare the announce.
