[ReSharper provides ability|https://www.jetbrains.com/resharper/help/Sharing_Configuration_Options.html] to have solution level settings that can be shared across team by checking the settings into source control. Things like naming conventions, formatting rules, copyright tag etc would be good candidate to be put here and help everyone write code consistently.
