Re: [I] Dag schedule and 'next run' is only visible after 1st run on the dag details page [airflow]
shyamalika-dev commented on issue #48191:
URL: https://github.com/apache/airflow/issues/48191#issuecomment-2771839940
I attempted to replicate this issue using Airflow 3.0.0.dev0, but I encountered import errors while trying to use Asset from airflow.datasets or airflow.lineage.entities. Since Asset is not available in this version, I replaced it with Dataset as follows:
import datetime
from airflow import DAG
from airflow.decorators import task
from airflow.datasets import Dataset
asset_controller = Dataset(name='asset_controller')
with DAG(
dag_id="test_asset_scheduled_controller",
start_date=datetime.datetime.min,
schedule='@daily',
catchup=False,
tags=["asset", "AIP-74"],
) as dag:
@task(outlets=[asset_controller])
def produce_dataset_events():
pass
produce_dataset_events()
so can i use the dataset instead of Asset?
